Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bombs

Soft cookie dough wrapped in fudgy brownie and topped with chocolate — the ultimate indulgent bite!

These brownie bombs are rich, gooey, and filled with eggless cookie dough centers. A must-try treat for chocolate lovers!

 Ingredients

For the cookie dough center:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

  • ½ cup packed brown sugar

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tablespoon milk

  • 1¼ cups all-purpose flour (heat-treated, see note)

  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

  • Pinch of salt

For the brownie wrap:

  • 1 batch of brownies (homemade or box mix), fully baked and cooled

  • ½ cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (for melting)

For topping (optional but highly recommended):

  • Melted peanut butter or caramel

  • Extra chocolate chips

  • Drizzle of melted chocolate

 Instructions

  1. Make the cookie dough:
    Cream the butter and both sugars together until smooth.
    Add vanilla, milk, and salt.
    Slowly mix in the heat-treated flour, then fold in mini chocolate chips.
    Roll into small 1-inch balls and freeze for 20–30 minutes.

  2. Prepare the brownies:
    Once the brownies have cooled, cut them into large pieces.
    Flatten each piece into a disc big enough to wrap around a cookie dough ball.

  3. Wrap and shape:
    Take a brownie piece and wrap it around each frozen cookie dough ball.
    Gently roll into a smooth ball.

  4. Decorate:
    Dip or drizzle each bomb with melted chocolate or peanut butter.
    Top with extra chocolate chips or sprinkles if desired.

  5. Chill and serve:
    Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature!

  • To make flour safe to eat raw: Spread it on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes. Let cool completely before using.

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

  • You can also freeze the assembled brownie bombs for up to 2 months!
