Ingredients ( makes 2 rolls )
o 1 1/3 glasses warm water
o 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
o 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
o 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
o 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil

o 4 glasses flour
How To Create Dried up Italian Bread
Place warm water, yeast and brown sugar in blending bowl. Stir and let stand for some minutes until it begin to bubble and froth a bit.
Add olive oil and salt. Blend and include the flour steadily. You need to include sufficient that the mixture comes absent from the sides of the bowl.You need to blend it with the batter snare for
some minutes.
Cover and let the batter rise until multiplied approximately 30 minutes.

Punch down batter and separate in two and shape into two pieces (I multiplied the formula this time.)

Preheat stove to 375 degrees.Beat together:
o 1 egg
o 1 Tablespoon water

Brush the risen pieces with the egg mixture.

Now here’s the mystery. Put at slightest 1 container hot water in a shallow skillet and put it on the rack underneath the bread. The steam will make the outside turn impeccably.You’ll have to be

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the rolls turn brilliant brown and sound empty once you tap them.
