Air Fryer Chicken Cutlets I love this quick and easy air fryer chicken cutlet. Air fryer chicken cutlets are a quick,

easy, and healthy alternative to traditional fried cutlets. They offer a crispy exterior and a tender, juicy interior,

perfect for a no-fuss weeknight dinner. Follow these easy steps to make delicious air fryer chicken cutlets that are

sure to become your favorites.

Ingredients:

• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

• 1 cup all-purpose flour

• 2 large eggs, beaten

• 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko for extra crunch)

• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

• 1 teaspoon paprika

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Olive oil spray or cooking spray

Instructions:

 STEP 1: PREPARE  CHICKEN 
 1. If the chicken breasts are thick, pound them with a meat mallet or rolling pin until they are an even thickness
of about 1cm. This ensures even cooking.
 STEP 2: DREDGING STATION
 1. Prepare three flat plates for the dredging process:
 o First course: Flour seasoned with salt and pepper.o Second course: Beaten eggs.
º Third course: Mix breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
 STEP 3: BREAD CHICKEN 
 1. Dredge each chicken breast in flour and shake off excess flour.
 2.Dip in beaten eggs.
 3. Press into the breadcrumb mixture, making sure the chicken is completely coated.
 STEP 4:  FRYER 
 PREHEAT 1. Preheat your deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).This step may vary depending on the fryer model.
 STEP 5: COOK 
 1. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray to prevent sticking.
 2. Place the chicken cutlets in a single layer in the basket.Depending on the size of your deep fryer, you may
need to work in multiple batches.
 3. Lightly spray the top of the chicken  with olive oil spray. This creates a golden, crispy crust.
 4.Cook for about 6 minutes, then flip the chops over and drizzle the other side with oil. Continue cooking for
another 6 to 8 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
 STEP 6: SERVE 
 1. After cooking, let the chicken rest for a few minutes  to allow the juices to distribute.
 2.Serve your air fryer chicken schnitzels with a side dish of your choice, such as a fresh salad, roasted vegetables
or over pasta.
