Orange Cream Cheese Loaf
INGREDIENTS
• 230 ml cream cheese (1 pack), soft
• ½ cup butter, 1 stick
• 1 ½ cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 ¼ cups AP flour

• 1 ½ teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon of flour
• 1 glass of milk
• Zest of 1 orange
• top: ¼ glass of orange juice

PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 375 with a skillet.
Serve in a large bowl with cheese and butter. Add the sugar and eggs and beat until light and fluffy.
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. After mixing well, slowly add the dry ingredients
and milk to the wet ingredients.

Mix the orange peel into the dough.
Place the shells in the prepared pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes
out clean.
Let the cake cool for 15 minutes and pour the orange juice over it. Let the water absorb before
cutting.
