ingredients, ready in just 10 minutes, delicious and gluten-free.



• 2 eggs


• 2 tablespoons of sugar

• A pinch of salt

• 250 ml kefir

• 250 g semolina

• 1 tablespoon baking soda


• Apple (or other fruit) filling

• Frying oil



1. Prepare the dough:

• Beat the eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla in a bowl.


• Add kefir and mix well.

• Add baking soda and mix.

2. Add semolina and cheese:

• Add semolina to the dough slowly.

• Knead the cheese until the dough becomes soft.


3. Prepare the filling:

• Apples, apples and more apples (or fruit of your choice).
