Air Fryer Breakfast Bites

We filled these air fryer breakfast bites with eggs, bacon, and cheese! The biscuit shell around the

breakfast filling even gets some special breakfast treatment to make these a great breakfast option!

6 slices bacon

4 large eggs

1 tablespoon milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons canned diced green chiles

1 can flaky, layered cookie dough, chilled 8 units

4 tablespoons melted Butter

1 tablespoon maple syrup

Place the bacon in the basket of your air fryer and fry at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.

Remove the bacon from the fryer and crumble it. Drain the bacon grease and clean the fry basket.

While the bacon is cooking, whisk together the eggs and milk, then stir in a greased pan over low

heat until the eggs are set but not overcooked. The eggs will continue to cook in the air fryer, so don’t

overcook them in the pan. With salt.

Remove the eggs from the heat and add the crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese and diced green chiles.

Open cookie dough package and peel each cookie in half to form 16 pieces of dough.

Pour the egg mixture evenly into the center of each cookie piece.

Fold the edges of the cookie around the edges and form a ball.Make sure to seal the dough well so

that nothing spills out while baking.

Mix melted butter and maple syrup.

Place the cookie bombs in an even layer in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between the

cookie bombs for air circulation. You’ll probably have to work in batches. Spread maple butter on top

cookies.Air fry at 350 degrees for 5-6 minutes until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Serve hot.

Swap the bacon for sausage or chopped ham if necessary.

We love the hint of sweetness from the maple syrup, but you can leave it out if you don’t like
