Best Keto Dessert Without Strawberry Pretzel
Ingredients:
• 2 0.3-ounce boxes sugar-free strawberry gelatin
• 8 large strawberries, sliced
• 8 ounces softened cream cheese

• 3/4 cup Swerve sweetener
• 1 cup heavy Whipped Cream
• 3 cups chopped raw nuts
• 1 stick butter

HOW TO USE
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place
gelatin in a bowl and pour 2 cups of boiling water over it.
Stir until the gelatine melts, then allow to cool.
Melt the butter in the microwave while simultaneously adding the pecans and 1/4 cup Swerve to a food processor.Pulse until nuts are sticky.

Add the nut mixture to the melted butter and mix well. Place in a large baking dish (I used a 13 x 9) and press to form a crust.
Bake for 15 minutes and let cool.
In the meantime, mix the rest of the Swerve and the cream cheese with a hand mixer.Add the cream and beat until very creamy and fluffy.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust and smooth it out. Make sure to create a solid layer so that the gelatine does not run out.
Mix the strawberries with the gelatine and then pour over the cream cheese layer.

Store in the refrigerator for 4 hours before consumption.
