Ingredients

4 glasses daintily cut potatoes

3 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons flour

1 1/2 mugs milk

Pinch of cayenne pepper

1 glass ground sharp cheddar cheese.

Sprinkle 1/2 container ground cheese on top

Preparation

 

Melt the butter in a little pot and mix in the flour. If you don’t mind take a break.
