  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 cups chopped lettuce (Romaine or iceberg)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

For the Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Ground Beef:
    • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
    • Season the beef with salt, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well to combine. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the Big Mac Sauce:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste if necessary.
  3. Assemble the Salad:
    • In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and dill pickles.
    • Add the cooked ground beef on top of the salad.
    • Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Serve:
