Butter Swim Biscuits
Buttermilk biscuits are cookies baked in buttermilk to create a crispy crust with a soft, chewy texture. If

It’s easy to make with the ingredients you probably have on hand. The only ingredient you may need
is curd, but you can also easily make your own. These cookies taste delicious alone or with your

favorite jam.
Ingredients:
°2 1/2 cups flour
°2 cups milk
°1 stick butter
°4 teaspoons baking powder

°4 teaspoons sugar
°2 teaspoons salt
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
Then add the quark and mix all the ingredients until a moist dough forms.

Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl, then pour it into an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish (make sure the
pan is not too small or too shallow so the butter doesn’t drip out of the pan while cooking).
Pour the mixture over the melted butter and use a spatula to spread it evenly around the pan until it
touches the edge.Cut the raw dough (it should be swimming in butter at this point) into 9 equal
squares.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
This biscuit is the perfect accompaniment to every meal. Best eaten with raspberry jam
