Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Mashed Potatoes:

4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed

1/4 cup butter

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Asparagus:

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken breasts and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Remove from heat and top each chicken breast with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
