Cherry Cheese Coffee Cake
Ingredients:
+For the bars:
°1 1/2 cups softened butter
°3 cups granulated sugar
°1 1/2 teaspoons salt

°5 large eggs
°1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
°1 1/2 t almond extract
°5 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
°1 1/2 tsp baking powder

°2 can filling sour cherries
+For icing:
°1 c powdered sugar
°3 t milk
* Methods:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a jelly roll pan (12×17) with foil. Spray with non-stick spray. Put aside.

In the bowl of a mixer, beat butter and sugar for about 1 to 2 minutes.Add salt, eggs, and vanilla and almond
flavorings and continue stirring until fully incorporated.
Add flour and baking powder and stir as well. Reserve 1 3/4 cups dough. Spread/press the remaining dough into
the prepared pan.
Garnish with cherry cake.Pour the remaining dough in small pieces over the cherry filling.

Put in the oven and bake for 50-60 minutes. Remove from the oven and place the pan on a rack to cool
completely.
After cooling, prepare the glaze. Mix the powdered sugar and milk until smooth and drizzle over the bars. Cut
into 35 squares and serve.Enjoy !
