This chicken & rice casserole is very rich and creamy. A perfect meal to adorn your table. The rice soaks up all

wonderful flavors and balances out tender pieces of chicken.

ingredients

1 can Roni Chicken Rice

4 c shredded chicken

1 can onion soup

8 oz. heavy cream

2 c cheddar cheese

Fried onions for garnish (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cook rice as roni according to package directions.

Mix the soup and cream with the rice.

Add the chicken to the rice mixture and stir.

9″ x 13″ thin spread under oil.

Add grated cheese and cook for 40 minutes.

Remove, let cool for 5 minutes, season with fried onions and serve.
