Chicken wings with pepper



– 2 kilos of chicken wings

– 2 tablespoons of olive oil

– 1 tablespoon of black pepper

– 1 tablespoon of sea salt


– 1 tablespoon of garlic stick

– 1 tablespoon of onion

– 1/2 tablespoon of salt ground garlic – 1/2 teaspoon of ground red pepper (to taste)

– 1 teaspoon of brown sugar

– 2 teaspoons of soy sauce


– Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

200°C ( – 400°F to 400°F)

2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, black pepper, sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked


paprika, brown sugar, and soybeans. Add the wings to the bowl and stir well into the spice mixture.

4. Place the wings on the baking tray, being careful not to touch them.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Add new

oil before serving.
