Chicken with Garlic Parmesan Rice
Ingredients
o 2 tbsp olive oil
o ½ c. butter, (1 stick)
o 1 pound chicken tenders

o ½ tsp garlic powder
o 2 tbsp minced garlic
o 1 tsp salt, divided
o ¼ tsp ruddy pepper flakes
o 1 ½ c. white rice, (uncooked)

o ½ c. dry white wine, (such as Pinot Grigio)
o ½ c. Parmesan cheese, (ground or shredded)
o 3 c.chicken broth
o Salt and pepper
How To Form Chicken with Garlic Parmesan Rice
Step 1: In a huge skillet, warm the olive oil over medium warm. Meanwhile , season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Put the chicken into the skillet and burn until browned and
