Cinnamon Bread Recipe

Cinnamon Bread Recipe

There’s nothing like the sweet, comforting smell of freshly baked cinnamon rolls filling your home on

a warm weekend morning. Its smell alone is enough to make anyone smile, but its taste is even better.

Filled with just the right amount of cinnamon to add warmth and a hint of spice, cinnamon rolls are

an all-time favorite.

When I was a kid, my grandmother always made cinnamon rolls when I came to visit. We both spent

hours in the kitchen measuring and mixing, our hands gripped with flour and sugar. Some of my

fondest memories are of sitting at the table with warm cinnamon buns in our hands, drinking tea and

talking about life. Since he is no longer with us, I make this recipe in his honor, remembering the

good times we shared.

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 2 teaspoons baking powder

– ½ teaspoon baking powder

– 1 cup refined sugar

– 2 eggs

– 1 cup vegetable oil

– 1½ teaspoons cinnamon

– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 teaspoons puree

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 teaspoons melted butter

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×5 pan and set aside.

2. Mix the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking soda in a large mixing bowl until well combined.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs until light in color. Add butter, vegetable oil, ground

cinnamon and vanilla. Mix well.

4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Be careful not to

overdo it; less swelling is better.

5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

6. To prepare the topping, mix powdered sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.

7. Pour the melted butter over the salt in the pan. Sprinkle well with the cinnamon-sugar mixture. You

can make designs with your spatula!

8. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes

out clean.

9. After baking, remove the cinnamon roll from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Then place on a rack to cool completely.

Cut the cinnamon roll as you wish and serve. It can be grilled or fried.

Trust me when I say this cinnamon bread recipe is one to keep and make at the same time. It is

perfect to share with your loved ones while drinking tea or coffee, or to enjoy as a special treat for

yourself. So go ahead, let the sweet scent of cinnamon fill your home and remember the good times

with this timeless recipe.
