Classic Vanilla Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar

2 large eggs
1 cup (240ml) milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease the cups.
Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Mix Wet Ingredients:
In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:

Bake:

Cool:
Remove the muffins from the oven and allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
