Cool Whip Cookies

Ingredients:

– 1 cup Cool Whip (8 ounces)

– 1 box vanilla or chocolate cake mix

– 1 egg

– 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions:

1. Preheat baking to 175 Heat to °C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

2.In a large bowl, combine the Cool Whip, vanilla cake mix and egg. Stir until everything is well mixed and a soft

dough forms.

3. Place the powdered sugar in a small bowl.

4.Take a tablespoon of dough and form a ball with your hands. Roll the dough ball in the powdered sugar until

completely coated and place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat this step with the remaining dough, leaving

space between each cookie.

5. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.6. Let the cookies cool on the baking

sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
