Forget canned and try this homemade version! Makes 1 can of soup.
▢1 tablespoon flour
▢3 tablespoons butter
▢1/2 cup chicken broth

▢Salt and pepper to taste
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. When the flour is melted, add the flour and continue

Slowly add chicken broth and milk. Cook gently, stirring constantly, until the soup thickens. Season with salt and
pepper.
This is equivalent to one 10-ounce can of soup when used in recipes that call for canned soup.
