Ingredients

  • 12 oz elbow macaroni or pasta of choice

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

  • Drain and set aside.

2. Cook the Ground Beef

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.

  • Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and onion powder.

  • Cook until browned, breaking into crumbles. Drain excess fat if needed.

3. Make the Creamy Sauce

  • Add minced garlic to the beef and cook for 1 minute.

  • Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring gently.

4. Combine Everything
