Ingredients:

dates: 100g (approx.3.5 ounces)

Apples: 70 g (approx. 2.5 ounces)

Dried blueberries: 45 g (approx. 1.6 ounces)

Dried apricots: 80 g (approx. 2.8 ounces)

Pumpkin seeds: 50 g (approx.1.8 ounces)

almonds: 70 g (approx. 2.5 ounces)

roasted cashews: 75 g (approx. 2.6 ounces)

sesame seeds (save some for decoration): 35 g (approx. 1.2 ounces)

pine nuts: 20 g (approx. 0.7 ounces)

flax seeds: 20 g (approx.0.7 oz)

Preparation steps:

First, rinse the nuts in cold water to remove preservatives and activate their nutrients. Let them soak for 15-20

minutes.

While the fruit is soaking, slice the almonds and roughly chop the cashews.

Lightly toast the pumpkin seeds and pine nuts in a dry pan until fragrant to enhance their flavor.
