Crispy Honey Garlic Chicken




o 2 large skinless, boneless breasts – halved lengthwise and pounded into large chunks into thick


o large egg, beaten + 1 tbsp water


o 1 tsp flour

o 1 tsp paprika

o 1 tsp smoked paprika pepper – plain if you don’t drink it

o ½ teaspoon salt

o ¼ teaspoon pepper


o ½ teaspoon garlic powder

o ¼ c vegetable oil

Garlic sauce Honey:

o ½ tsp honey

o 2 teaspoons pressed garlic


o 2 tablespoons of soy sauce or soy

or 1 tablespoon of corn starch + 3 tablespoons of cold water


How to Make Crispy Honey Garlic Chicken


1. Put the pan on the fire and add the soy sauce, honey and garlic. Mix until well mixed.


2. Turn the heat to medium and bring the mixture to a boil.

3. Add cold water and cornstarch to a mixing bowl. Mix until well mixed.

4. Pour the corn into the pan and cook until well mixed and thickened.

5. Remove the pan from the stove.

6. In a mixing bowl, add flour, garlic powder, paprika, paprika powder, salt and pepper. Mix until well


7. In another mixing bowl, add 1 tablespoon of water and the egg. Mix until well combined.

8. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg and then mix with the flour. Make sure you seal it well.

9. Place a large frying pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.


10. Add the oil and let it heat up.

11. Add the chicken pieces and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

12. Add the fried chicken pieces to the bowl with the garlic cloves and stir until well coated.
