Instructions:
Prepare Potatoes: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Peel and cut the potatoes into thick fries.

Place the fries in a large bowl and toss with vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.
Bake Fries: Arrange the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in
the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and

Make Cheese Sauce: While the fries are baking, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium
heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is bubbly and slightly golden.
