o Fish fillets (whatever you want, I used catfish)
o 1 lemon
o 1 tablespoon capers
o 2 tablespoons butter

o Magic Seafood Seasoning
Season your fish generously with everything – Seafood spice mix purpose.Bring the pan to medium-high heat, add enough oil (EVOO) to just cover the pan, and add a few tablespoons of butter.
Place the fish in the pan and cook on one side until well browned, about 4 to 5 minutes. Add the sliced lemon, a squeeze of lemon juice and a teaspoon of capers.

Turn the fish over and fry on the other side for another 4 to 5 minutes, reducing the heat to medium.We had tomato and arugula salad with it, so guess what, that makes the whole dish keto
