Frozen Oreo Cake
A creamy, frozen Oreo dessert that combines a crunchy cookie base with a rich whipped cream and cream cheese filling—perfect for summer treats or special celebrations!
Ingredients
Base:
24 Oreo cookies (with filling)
3 tbsp melted butter
Creamy Filling:

400 ml heavy whipping cream (chilled)
200 g cream cheese (room temperature)
½ cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
8–10 chopped Oreo cookies

Optional Toppings:
Whole or crumbled Oreo cookies
Whipped cream
Chocolate sauce or ganache
Instructions
Make the Base
Crush the 24 Oreo cookies (with cream) into fine crumbs.

Mix with melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 20 cm (8-inch) springform pan.
Freeze while you prepare the filling.
Make the Filling
In one bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream.
Add the chopped Oreos and mix lightly.
Assemble the Cake
Pour the creamy mixture over the frozen base.
Smooth the top with a spatula.
Add your choice of toppings—Oreo cookies, whipped cream, or chocolate sauce.
Freeze
Freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.
