Garlic Mushrooms Cauliflower Skillet

Ingredients:

1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets

2 cups mushrooms, sliced (button or cremini)

3 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried oregano
-
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for spice)

Salt & black pepper to taste

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the vegetables:
Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets. Clean and slice the mushrooms evenly.
2️⃣ Sauté the cauliflower:
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for about 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly golden and tender.
3️⃣ Add mushrooms & garlic:
Push cauliflower to the side and add 1 tbsp of oil in the center. Add garlic and mushrooms, and sauté for another 5–7 minutes until mushrooms are browned and tender.
4️⃣ Season it up:
Add salt, pepper, oregano, and optional red pepper flakes. Mix everything thoroughly and let cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.

5️⃣ Garnish & serve:
Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top before serving.
