GARLIC PARMESAN MUSHROOMS

Ingredients
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 tablespoon olive oil

• 8 cloves of garlic, minced
• 8 oz entire infant bella mushrooms
• ⅓ glass overwhelming cream
• 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
• ⅓ glass new ground parmesan cheese

• ¼ teaspoon onion powder
• ¾ teaspoon dried oregano
• salt and pepper, to taste
• new parsley, to garnish
Instructions
1. Wash and clean the mushrooms and pat dry

2.liquefy butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
3. Include mushrooms and cook until browned, around 5 – 7 minutes
4. Include garlic, cream, cream cheese, parmesan, onion powder, and oregano and cook for 5 – 10 minutes, until sauce is thick and creamy
5. Salt and pepper to taste
6. Decorate with new parsley and serve
