HOME OLD-FASHIONED SOFT AND BUTTERY YEAST ROLLS
These are old-fashioned, easy, and buttery yeast rolls, and they’re always a hit. Mixed with the right
amount of spices and butter, these homemade rolls taste heavenly. It’s a great addition to a Sunday
or holiday meal. And it’s a staple at the Thanksgiving table.
To prepare this buttercream you will need a list of ingredients:

Ingredients:
• 380 grams All-purpose flour.
• 260 grams.
• In 70 grams of Fuel Oil.
• 60 grams of regular white sugar.

• 5 grams kosher salt.
• 1 medium sized bag. If it’s vanilla sugar.

Instructions:
1. I heated the milk in the microwave for 25 seconds, you have to be careful not to overheat or the

2. I melted the baker’s yeast in a small saucepan and set it aside for about 10 minutes.
3. Next, I combined the flour, white sugar, kosher salt, and a bag of vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl.
4. Then I added the coconut oil and mixed well until combined, then slowly poured in the warm milk
and yeast mixture.

5. Then I pressed the dough until it was smooth and homogeneous, covered it with a tea towel in a
salad bowl and left it in a warm place until the dough expanded.
6. At this point I had to preheat the oven to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
7. I kneaded the dough on a lightly floured surface and placed a baking tray on it. 8. I flattened the
dough with my palm, divided it into regular balls, put it in the mold and separated it a little. 9. After
resting for 20 minutes, I spread milk on it and bake it in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
