Homemade Butter Balls Recipe


• 1 cup creamy peanut butter

• 3 cups crispy rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)

• 1 cup candy corn

• 2 cups chocolate chips (semisweet or with milk)


1. In a large Melt bowl of candy corn in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring occasionally, until smooth.


2. Add the peanut butter to the melted sweetcorn and mix well.

3.Stir in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.

4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with

parchment paper.

5. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator to chill the balls while you prepare the chocolate coating.6. In a


microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and


7. Using a fork or chopstick, dip each cold peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate and coat completely.

Remove excess chocolate.8. Place the chocolate-covered balls back on the baking tray lined with baking paper.

9. Let the chocolate set at room temperature or place the baking tray in the refrigerator to speed up the process.
