 Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced

  • 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced

  • ½ small red onion, finely sliced

  • Juice of 1 lime

 Instructions

1. Chop & Prep

  • Dice the pineapple and slice the cucumber thinly (peel if preferred).

  • Finely slice the onion and chop fresh herbs.

2. Combine Ingredients

3. Mix the Dressing
