Mini Cherry Cheese Danishes

 

Ingredients:

 

1 roll Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

flour, just for dusting

Filling

4 ounces light cream cheese

⅓ cup sugar

pinch vanilla

1 box cake filling

Icing

⅓ cup powdered sugar

2 teaspoons. milk

Instructions

 

Open and do not open the roll container. Use a sharp, serrated knife to slice/bake the cookies. Make

10 pieces.

Place each piece on baking paper.

Use a measuring cup to flatten each roll and make a small wall around the edges.

Use a drop of powder to prevent it from sticking to your finger and causing pressure.

Filling:

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth.

Take a small number from each “Danish”.

Add a spoonful of cherries.

Bake at 350° for 18-20 minutes.

Let it cool and add a drop of glaze.

Glaze:

Mix milk and sugar and sprinkle Danish

on top. You can also use a piping bag if you wish.
