1 package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup refined sugar

1 can crushed pineapple, drained

cups chopped strawberries

1 cup blueberries

1 cup hazelnuts or blackberries (or a mixture of both)

1/2 cup chopped pecans or pecans (optional)

1 cup (8 oz) whipped cream, chilled

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions for Use

Cream Cheese Mixture:

In a large mixing bowl, beat light cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. This forms the

basis of your fruit salad.

Fruit mixture:

Carefully stir ground pineapple, ground pineapple, blueberries and raspberries/blackberries into

cheese mixture. If you’re using notes, add them in this step. Be careful not to crush the seeds while

mixing. 9 Make sure the mixture is homogeneous but still fine.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish or pan of your choice. Stir with a spatula to allow it to cool. Cover

with plastic or aluminum foil.

Freezing time:

Freeze the salad for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.

Before serving, remove the dish from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 10-15

minutes so that it softens a little. This makes it easier to cut or grind.
