No Bake Banana Split Dessert
Ingredients
° 1 stick melted butter
° 1 package graham cracker crumbs
° 1 (8 ounce) softened cream cheese
° 1/4 cup softened butter

° 2 cups powdered sugar or to taste ° 4 bananas, sliced ° 1 (20 ounces) canned crushed pineapple,
drained ° 1 container (16 ounces) cold whipping cream, melted or 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
° 1 jar (4 ounces) maraschino cherries, pitted
° 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans ° Hot chocolate sauce, slightly warm
° 1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles

Instructions
1-In a medium bowl, mix the graham crackers with the melted butter.
2- Press the dough firmly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch glass or porcelain dish and let cool in the
freezer until firm, about 10 minutes.
3-In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, and powdered sugar until creamy, about 5
minutes.

4-Don’t give in to the temptation to add the milk, it takes a few minutes but the mixture mixes
perfectly!
5- Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled graham cracker crust.6- Place a layer of banana slices on
top of the cream cheese mixture.
7- Distribute the pineapple pieces evenly over the bananas.

8- Using a rubber spatula, spread the cold dough evenly over the pineapple and banana layer.
9- Garnish with pecans and maraschino cherries.
10- Sprinkle the chocolate candies on the candies and then sprinkle the rainbow granules on top.11-
Before cutting, refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the layers to harden.
