°800 grams wheat flour
°540 grams water
°25 g salt
°7 grams dry yeast

Put the flour, dry yeast and salt in a bowl and mix well. Add

Cover the dough and let it rest for an hour.
Flatten the dough slightly and then fold it (at least three times).
Place the dough in a hot pot, cover and cook at 250°C/480°F for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove the lid and bake for another 20 minutes to brown the bread.
