No-Bake Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Cake
Ingredients
CRUST:
or 1 1/4 cups salted pretzels
or 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
or 1/4 cup brown sugar

or 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
or 1/3 cup soft peanut butter
or 1/4 cup brown sugar
or 1/2 cup 35% whipping cream, whipped

CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM:
o 3/4 cup coarsely chopped dark chocolate
o 2 cups 35% whipping cream
o Chocolate shavings , optional

How to Make No-Bake Cream Cheese Peanut Butter Cake
First, you need to prepare the cake batter by pulsing pretzels in a food processor until finely ground and firm.
Take a large bowl and then mix the pretzel crumbs you just mixed with the brown sugar and butter. Take your
hands and mix them together or use a small spoon.
Take the mixture and spread it in the bottom of a cake tin. Make sure that the edges are covered.

Cover the lid and place in the refrigerator.
Take the time to prepare the filling by combining peanut butter, cream cheese and brown sugar in a bowl and
stirring until smooth.Fold in the whipped cream, then pour the filling into the now cooled cake batter and
distribute everything well.
Cover it and then put it in the fridge.
For your chocolate whipped cream topping, you first need to take the chocolate with the whipped cream and
place it on the double grill over medium heat. Stir until everything is completely melted. Then take it and put it in
the fridge.Cover everything until cool. Once that’s done, take the chocolate, beat it on top with a mixer, then
chop it until it’s spreadable and thick enough to handle. Try not to over mix this.
