Tropical No-Bake Strawberry Split Cake

Ingredients:

For the crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the cream cheese layer:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

For the pudding topping:

  • 1 cup milk

For the final topping:

  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions:

 Make the crust:
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture evenly into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the next layer.

 Whip the filling:
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well, then gently fold in whipped cream. Spread over the chilled crust.

 Add fresh strawberries:
Layer sliced strawberries evenly on top of the cream cheese filling.

 Create the pudding layer:
In a separate bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk until thickened. Fold in drained pineapple. Spread this over the strawberry layer.

 Top it off:
Spread an even layer of whipped cream over the pudding. Garnish with fresh strawberries.

 Chill and serve:
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best) to set all layers beautifully.
