Peanut Butter Cup French Toast Rolls

Golden, crispy, sweet, and stuffed with melty peanut butter & chocolate — the ultimate breakfast or dessert treat!

 Ingredients:

  • 8 slices sandwich bread (crusts removed)

  • 4 tbsp Nutella (or any chocolate spread)

  • 4 tbsp creamy peanut butter

  • 2 eggs

  • 3 tbsp milk

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Butter for frying

  • Melted peanut butter (for drizzling)

 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the filling:

    • Flatten each bread slice using a rolling pin.

    • Spread peanut butter on one end and Nutella on the other (about 1 tsp each per slice).

    • Roll up tightly and set aside.

  2. Dip the rolls:

    • In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.

    • In another plate, mix cinnamon and sugar.

  3. Cook:

    • Heat a nonstick skillet with a bit of butter.

    • Dip each roll in the egg mixture, then place seam-side down in the pan.

    • Cook until all sides are golden and crisp.

  4. Coat:

    • Roll the warm rolls in the cinnamon sugar mixture while still hot.

  5. Finish:

    • Drizzle generously with melted peanut butter.

    • Serve warm with a glass of milk or hot coffee.
