Instructions
Preheat Your Oven
Kickstart your culinary journey by preheating your oven to 300°F.
Craft the Crust
Start by melting the unsalted butter and letting it cool. Then, in a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix them until uniformly combined.
Press 2 cups of this crumbly goodness into a 9×9 square pan and bake for a timeframe of 8 to 10 minutes. Allow it to cool on a wire rack.

Create the Creamy Layer
In a mixer, beat the softened butter and cream cheese together until you achieve a creamy consistency. Reduce the mixer speed to low and gradually add the sifted powdered sugar.
Once integrated, increase the speed and beat well for approximately a minute. Infuse this mixture with a heaping tablespoon of the drained pineapple.
Evenly spread this decadent layer over the cooled crust.
Assemble and Refrigerate
Gently fold the remaining pineapple into the Cool Whip. Lavish this mixture atop the cream cheese layer.
Finally, sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumbs to add that final touch. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, although overnight is optimal.

Notes
No-Bake Alternative: If the weather or your mood discourages oven usage, fret not. You can still make a delectable crust without baking.
Prepare as instructed and then refrigerate it for 20 minutes to allow the butter to solidify and set the crust.
