Creamed Chicken and Biscuits Casserole
Ingredients
or 1 ½ teaspoons butter
or 1 small onion, chopped
or 2 pounds cooked, sliced or shredded chicken or 1 can cream of chicken soup

or ½ cup mayonnaise
or 1 cup milk
or ½ cup roasted, chopped red peppers
or 1 ½ cups mild cheddar cheese or 1 can refrigerated cookie dough
How to Make Cream of Chicken Biscuit Casserole

FIRST STEP:
Preheat the oven to 350*.
Grease the bottom and sides of a baking dish.
SECOND STEP:
Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the onion. The onion will begin to soften.

THIRD STEP:
When the onion is ready, add the onion to the chicken, milk, red peppers and mayonnaise.
Pour into the prepared baking dish.
FOURTH STEP: Bake
for 15 minutes then remove from oven.

Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese, then place the crackers on top of the cheese
STEP FIF:
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese
Return the baking dish to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes or until golden brown
STEP SIX:
Allow to rest a few minutes before serving.
This can be a standalone meal or you can make a salad to go with this dish.
