1 cup crushed graham crackers

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup sugar

2 cups butter or heavy cream

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.

2. Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8×8 pan to form a tight crust.

3. In another bowl, mix cream cheese and half of the whipped cream. Whisk until smooth.

4. Distribute cream cheese mixture evenly over crust.
