POTATO BREAD IN SARTEN
Ingredients
1 egg
500ml of water
800g of flour
2 tablespoons of olive oil

1kg of bubbled potatoes
50g butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dark pepper
250g of cheese

140g cut salami
Preparation:
1. In a bowl, blend the egg with the olive oil, water, flour and salt. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
2. In another bowl, blend the bubbled potatoes with butter, salt, and pepper.
3. Partition the mixture into the 4 pieces and roll it out, stuffed with arranged potatoes, cheese and salami.
4. Sear within the skillet on both sides until brilliant, around 4-6 minutes
