Prepared Sweet and Acrid Chicken




o 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1″ pieces

o 1 glass corn starch

o 2 expansive eggs


o 1/4 glass vegetable oil

o 1/2 glass granulated sugar

o 1/4 container ketchup

o 1/2 glass apple cider vinegar

o 2 tbsp. soy sauce


o 1 tsp. garlic powder

o 1/2 tsp. ocean salt

How To Create Heated Sweet and Acrid Chicken

1. Preheat broiler to 325F and line a 13 x 9-inch container with material paper.

2. Set aside. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

3. Include cornstarch to a huge ziploc sack and include chicken breast.Shake to coat.


4. In a shallow bowl, beat together eggs. Warm oil in a skillet over medium-high warm until sizzling.

5.Plunge chicken breasts in eggs and include to the skillet. Burn chicken until brilliant and put within the arranged pan.

6. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ocean salt and whisk.

7.Pour over chicken and heat for 1 hour, hurling midway through.

8. Serve with rice.
