2 large apples, peeled, cored and diced

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

2/3 cup milk

2 eggs, lightly beaten

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

confectioners’ sugar, for dusting (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking tray.

Mix flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl.

In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter and vanilla.

apples.Drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing 2 ounces apart.
