Recipe for wonton cups with spinach artichoke dip
Ingredients
24 wonton wrappers
1 cup cooked, chopped spinach (fresh or thawed or frozen)
1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1 /2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese, divided
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat oven: Set to 190°C (375°F). Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray to prevent
sticking.
Form the cups: Place a wonton wrapper in each cavity of the mini muffin tin and press gently to form
the wrapper into a cup shape.
Stuffing Mix: In a bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan
cheese, half of the mozzarella, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir until the mixture is well blended.Fill the
cups: Divide the spinach-artichoke mixture evenly among the wonton cups, filling each with about a
tablespoon of the mixture.

Add Cheese: Top each cup with the remaining mozzarella cheese for added consistency.
Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges of the wonton are golden
brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cool and Serve: Allow the wonton cups to cool for a few minutes before serving for ease of handling.
