Red Lobster Cheese Crackers (loaf form)

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour

• 1 tbsp. Baking powder

• 1 tsp. Salt

• 1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper

• 1/8 tsp. black pepper

• 4 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes

• 1 1/4 cups milk

• 3/4 cup sour cream

• 3 tbsp.melted butter

• 1 egg, lightly beaten

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×5 loaf pan with oil.

Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Gently add the cheese cubes until they are covered with the flour mixture.

This prevents the cheese from sinking to the bottom of the loaf.

In another container, mix the remaining ingredients.Add the wet mixture to the flour and cheese mixture and stir

until well combined. Don’t stir too much. Spread the mixture in the loaf pan.

Bake for 45-50 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes and then remove from the pan. Allow to cool for an hour before

slicing and serving.
