HOT FUDGE PUDDING CAKE!!!
Ingredients:
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder

• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup milk
• 4 tablespoons melted butter
• 1 large egg yolk
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

• ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup boiling water
Instructions:
1-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.Mix ½ cup sugar
with ¼ cup cocoa powder and set aside. Whisk together
2 flour, remaining ½ cup sugar, remaining ¼ cup cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.

Whisk together milk, butter, egg yolks and vanilla in a medium bowl until smooth.
Add milk mixture to flour mixture until well combined.
Add the chocolate chips (the dough will be hard).3-Using a rubber spatula, pour the dough into the prepared
pan and spread it into the corners.
Sprinkle the reserved cocoa-sugar mixture evenly over the top.

Carefully pour boiling water over the cocoa.
Don’t stir.
4-Bake until the top of the cake is cracked, the sauce is bubbling, and a toothpick inserted into the part of the
cake comes out almost clean, about 22-24 minutes.Let cool on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes.
