How To Make Reuben Bow Bake


1. Place the bow roll batter out onto a delicately floured surface and partitioned it in half.

2. Pinch together the punctured edges of the dough.

3. Roll half of the batter out until it is a rectangle approximately 12 inches long.

4. Place the mixture onto a material or silicone tangle lined heating sheet and heat for 10 minutes.


5. Remove the hull from the stove and best with four cuts of the swiss cheese.

6. Mix together the sauerkraut and the thousand island dressing in a bowl.

7. Place the corned meat in a layer on best of the swiss cheese, and spread the sauerkraut blend over it.

8. Top with another four cuts of swiss cheese.

9. Roll out the other half of the mixture, and spread it over the blend, squeezing the edges closed

around the bottom.

10. Bake for 20 minutes longer until browned.
