1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Season the Potatoes:

Drain the potatoes and pat them dry with paper towels. Transfer to a large bowl.

Toss the fries with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Bake the Fries:

Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they aren’t overcrowded to ensure even cooking and crispiness.

Bake for 25-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Prepare the Dipping Sauce:

While the fries are baking, mix the ketchup, mayonnaise, hot sauce, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Serve:

Serve the hot fries with the dipping sauce on the side.

These seasoned fries are perfect for a quick snack, game day, or as a side with burgers or sandwiches. Enjoy your homemade crispy fries with the tangy and slightly spicy dipping sauce!
