Slow Cooker Lasagna and Ravioli Recipe
Using ravioli to make lasagna is the easiest meal ever because the ravioli act as layers of pasta and ricotta! This slow cooker ravioli lasagna is my family’s favorite meal.
Equipment
o Slow Cooker: 5 liters or more

Ingredients
o 25 oz. frozen ravioli – DO NOT DEFROST (I use 5 types of cheese)
or 1 pound ground beef (you can use mild sausage)
or 1 cup diced white onion
or 1/2 tsp.Salt

or 1/4 tsp. Pepper
or 1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
or 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaf (not ground)
or 24 oz. Marinara Sauce (I use Rao’s)
or 8 oz.shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups)

How to Make Ravioli Lasagna in the Slow Cooker, Recipe
1. In a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and chopped onions. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano. Cook until the meat is browned. Do not drain all of
the liquid from the meat; Leave a few tablespoons on the meat to keep it moist.2. Spray the slow cooker with nonstick spray.
3. Pour half of the marinara sauce into the bottom of the slow cooker.

4.Place HALF of the ravioli bag on top of the sauce.
5. Pour the entire minced meat mixture over the ravioli.
6. Place the rest of the ravioli on the meat.7. Pour the remaining sauce over it.
8. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
9.Place the lid on the slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
10. Serve and enjoy!
