Strawberry Cream Cheese Icebox Cake Recipe
Ingredients
or 2 lbs. fresh strawberries, washed and sliced
o 2 handfuls graham cracker crumbs
o 1 – 8 oz. package of cheese, room temperature

o 1 – 14 oz. can sweeten whole milk
o 2 – 3.4 oz. package cheesecake flavored instant pudding
o 3 glasses of milk
o 1 – 12 oz. cardboard is punched and divided

1. Prepare the cream base: In a large mixing bowl, beat room temperature cream cheese until smooth
and lump-free. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and continue beating until well
combined.
